Slow Pitch Jigging is a Japanese innovation to complement high speed jigging. Slow Pitch Jigs are designed to emulate the movement of an injured baitfish with an attractive and erratic free fall movement, a horizontal flutter on the pause and erratic darting and flashing with each lift of the rod tip. This dynamic movement triggers a reaction bite from predator fish. All jigs feature "Lumo" vertical barring on the topside, with little to none on the underside for maximum contrast - most juvenile fish have vertical bars on their bodies. The underside of the jigs are aggressively "keeled" for enhanced movement in the water. These jigs are super effective for most predator species, and can be fished in depths from 8m to 100m.
