Slow Pitch Jigging is a Japanese innovation to complement high speed jigging. Slow Pitch Jigs are designed to emulate the movement of an injured baitfish with an attractive and eratic free fall movement, a horizontal flutter on the pauseand erratic darting and flashing with each lift of the rod tip. This dynamic movement triggers a reaction bite from predator fish.  All jigs feature lumo vertical barring on the top for maximum contrast, and the bottom features full lumo - most juvenile fish have vertica bars on their bodies. The bottom of the jigs are aggressively "keeled" for enhanced movement in the water.

These jigs are super effective for most predator species, and can be fished in depths from 8m to 100m.
